DELIVERY POLICY
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). Gillie and Marc will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Gillie and Marc will attempt to deliver your artworks within 7-10 working days, depending on your location. Gillie and Marc can ship internationally as well. We try to pack and ship artworks as quickly as possible, but there may be some delays around the holiday season. If this does happen, Gillie and Marc will be in contact to let you know. If you need to request an update on your delivery, please contact gallery@gillieandmarc.com.

 
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Gillie and Marc will give you a gallery credit, or you can swap the artwork for another one for the same price. This can only be negotiated within 7 days from the time you receive the artwork(s). Please email gallery@gillieandmarc.com within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to artworks which have been damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. All artworks must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. Gillie and Marc recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged artworks during transit; therefore, they advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Gillie and Marc will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Gillie and Marc do not allow any refund for sale items.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Gillie and Marc can deliver to your work or home address and all orders have a tracking number so they can be tracked. If you are not home to receive your delivery, the shipping company will leave a calling card with instructions to collect or arrange re-delivery. To ensure your order reaches you safely, we will need your signature upon delivery. 

GALLERY PICK UP
If you are in the Sydney area, artworks can be picked up from the gallery in Alexandria within trading hours Monday - Saturday.
