The Guardians of the Last Map
This map represents a growing global community of schools that have joined Guardians of the Last and taken meaningful steps to protect the world’s most endangered animals. Each pin marks a school where students are learning about the 21 critically endangered species, engaging creatively with conservation, and making a promise to care for the wild. Together, these schools form a worldwide movement built on empathy, creativity, and hope.

Once a school has registered and completed the program, it officially becomes a Guardian of the Last. With permission from guardians, the school is then added to this map — standing proudly alongside other schools around the world who are raising a generation of young people who know they matter, and that their actions can make a difference.
